Bought a ball bearing spool roller that ended up being higher friction than just putting the spool on a wooden dowel. When I pull the filament on the spool, it slides on the rollers instead of rolling
I am editing my review after using up almost 20 lbs of plastic. The large roll is awful. Itu2019s too tall to fit on a spool holder and too much drag to roll well on rollers. I lost a ton of use out of failed prints due to the roll not rolling well. I have used heavier spools without issue, the difference is the other rolls have been wider and thus easier to roll and I can fit them on larger spool holders.nnAside from that, the filament measures thin at 1.6mm. It took a while to dial it in from an extrusion multiplier standpoint, but Iu2019m at least able to print this at 16 mm^3/sec on my LGX extruder with a slice engineering Mosquito Magnum hotend after respooling the plastic onto a fatter roll from a competitor. I will order more, but 1KG rolls now. I will not go with the larger roll again as there really isnu2019t a cost benefit and respooling is a pain.

Fast response, great quality, and very clear documentation.
Today I received my second order from this fine company i have been nothing but satisfied with all the products I have received.nnPA-KVnPA-CFnPETGnnAll three products so far have been very neatly spooled, as well as I have experienced zero issues of clogging or inconsistencies with the extruded martial; layer addison was an issue with PA-KV at first however i found it was user error. Filamatrix right of of the box PETG is amazing. Prints are so much more smoother than cheaper brands, you get what you pay for, lets talk about customer service. I had an issues with two rolls, and not only did they handle it quickly they made sure it was right. So far so good, looking forward to amazing new colors in PETG there working on.
