We have shopped here a few times already since this place opened and the customer service has been fantastic! We had an old 3D printer that wasn't very user friendly and we bought a new one from them after they answered our questions and were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I love that they have a large selection of filaments available and there are examples so you can really see what it will look like in use. We will definitely be coming back!
Absolutely the coolest shop around. Like seriously. Doesnt matter if your new or returning. You want helpful knowledge and expertise these guys are the place. The inventory options are amazing too!!! Prices to match are amazing.!!!!!
Awesome place for 3d printing supplies and hardware. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Everything is clean, well organized, and ready to go. Loved it when it was in Mid Rivers Mall and their bigger store now is even more impressive. Here's to you!
Came here for the first time today and was very impressed with the selection of supplies, as well as how knowledgeable and personable the staff are. I got to talking with Andrew about their business, the printing industry and the community, and you can tell these guys love what they do. I am happy to have 3DSHQ in St. Charles, and can't wait to see what they are able to do in a bigger storefront.nnI will definitely be making the shorter trip here for filament restocks instead of heading out to Brentwood.
Great selection of filament and the guy working was very knowledgeable about 3D printing. Will definitely be back.
