Great service. Very useful and would recommend. I needed a small plastic piece that wasn't available for purchase anywhere without an entire new headset but here after providing the file I was able to get a replacement easily. Great people and very polite.
Used them twice.nnOnce to print 25 pieces, which we then wanted another 50 and then another 50. They were really informative at each step with what they could do, when, cost, shipping, etc. They made a suggestion on how the part could be slightly different for better printing - that made for better parts and for our experience. They were glad to work with us however we chose. Deadlines met, pieces were better than we expected and zero drama.nnSecond time we had a printer part fail. They suggested how we could fix ourselves. When we couldn't succeed, we mailed it to them and they did it for a fair price and quick turnaround.nnWe will definitely go to them first for next print job and parts.
I had the pleasure of dealing with Chris at 3D Central for a project I received at the last second with a short deadline for completion. Chris was great to deal with on this complex project that needed to be scanned, sculpted, printed, and painted. Communication could not have been any better as I had daily updates via email on how the project was progressing. The final product turned out great and Chris made sure the project was finished on time! I would recommend them for any of your scanning and 3D printing needs!
FANTASTIC SERVICE !!!!! Simply the best !!!! I just used this service for the first time today for a rush job, and couldn't be happier. I frantically called several places today: being a Sunday, and just got voice mails. Chris, the owner was the only one to return my call, and in a friendly voice told me he could accommodate my situation and printed it TODAY!!! The quality was fantastic, pricing was reasonable, communication was excellent, and I picked it up a FEW HOURS LATER. This guy is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and service oriented. I will certainly be back for my future 3D needs, and have already spoken with several other friends of mine who are looking to use this place and their phenomenal service.nnRemove review
They were fantastic in giving me an accurate quote and rush ordering some highly detailed D&D miniatures. Super kind and intelligent people, took the time to figure out exactly how to make the print work within my budget while still retaining a high quality. Can't recommend these guys enough.
