I cannot say enough good things about Adam and Alex at DiveDesign. Adam and Alex have spent the last two months designing, building, fitting, and modifying my 5 year old coonhound Jack's prosthetic leg.nnThe process was so easy - Adam and Alex took 3D scans of Jack's body, and within 2 weeks had 3D printed the harness, and affixed the leg. It's lightweight and extremely durable; the foot is a particularly magical combination of being hollow (and therefore light), durable, and springy, so that Jack gets a ton of support with every step he takes.nnEverytime Jack needs modification - longer leg, shorter leg, angled leg, etc - Adam and Alex have made time for us on short notice, and spent many hours watching Jack try out the leg and making the requisite modifications. I know that they genuinely care not only about creating the product, but about modifying it such that Jack gets the most support.nnAnd it means the most to me, as Jack's #1 Human - to watch two otherwise strangers take up the project of helping Jack live his longest best life - there's nothing better, or more moving. Please please please if you have a pet who could benefit from any support of the kind offered by DiveDesign, hit them up! No way you regret it.
DiveDesign is phenomenal! We are a small company that specializes in animal prosthetics. We began working with Alex and the Dive team within the last year to build our website and to work with us in developing and perfecting the use of 3D technology to build our devices. They have gone above and beyond to meet our challenges, they are quick to respond to concerns we have, and to do it with a great attitude. We are looking forward to leveling up with this great company!
I am sitting here trying to find the words to describe our experience we just had with Alex and Adam at their DiveDesign office but itu2019s impossible to articulate how impactful and wonderful it was! They created our tri-pod dogs prosthesis who has been having difficulty adjusting to his new limb. Upon emailing Alex about tips of how to get him more adapted, he enthusiastically offered for us to come in to the office to work even closer with us. (We took the 5 hour trip from Vermont and it was beyond worth it) Both him and Adam spent 2 hours with us and our dog adjusting his prosthesis to make it perfect for his circumstances and practicing with him. To have their professional eye and innovative brains watching and supporting our dog was such a relief and it was so helpful. They truly are 2 people aligned with their mission and their willingness to go out of their way to support and work with customers shows their integrity to their company and morals. Gosh- I could go on and on. If youu2019re considering reaching out and working with DiveDesign... do not hesitate. They are the creatively brilliant innovators our world needs more of. I have been working with the Dive Design team for over two years. Adam and Alex walked me through every step from concept, research, design, manufacturing, and marketing. Always professional, patient, and full of ideas, their expertise were invaluable to me and I never would have been able to bring Pest Patch to market without them. I highly recommend their services if you are looking for ambitious, aggressive and knowledgable. I will absolutely continue to be working with them on this and future projects!!!
I ordered a prosthetic for my tripod poodle, Sam. Alex is very personable and helpful. The prosthetic is a beautiful emerald green and fits Sam well. I have posted a video and there is a lot of interest. Most people do not know that you can get this help for your pet. It was not available 4 years ago and I just found out about it 9 months ago. I am delighted that it is available. They are very easy to work with and very knowledgeable. They respond promptly to my emails. It is 3D printed and very flexible. And it is always a pleasure to speak with Alex. I highly recommend Dive Design.
