I came to 3D Musketeers with a request for 3d printing my dogs in a really small size, full-color. Grant took his time to explain to me why it was not a good idea, then suggested me possible alternative approaches. I live in Europe and he also made sure to inform me that shipping from the US would be risky, and that he would not recommend it. Long story short, he was very honest and put the customer need in the first place instead of trying to sell his service at any cost. Moreover, even if he would gain nothing helping me to get my problem solved, he still spent some minutes of his time giving me advice. Hard to find this type of professional nowadays.
Very poor service. Contacted for some scanning and 3d printing work. Would not give me prices or try to work with me. Just a link to a part that did not fit my needs and ghosted after thatnUPDATE: after seeing my review they reached out to me. And after exchanging multiple messages with them over the last two days. I have chosen to not commission them and give my review 2 more stars
The sheer knowledge of 3DMusketeers is a testament to the quality of the service they provide. They have provided some of the most in-depth and precise knowledge on a esoteric issue I was having which enabled me to get back to production without wasted time.
Outstanding friendly service. More than just helpful customer service, beyond that! I was in a spot with a missing part and no access to my own equipment, and 3D Musketeers responded immediately and had the part in the mail within a day along with several backups just in case. I'd use them again without hesitation.
I had a project that was very time sensitive for completion (48h). After 10 calls it was clear that Grant from 3D Musketeers was going to be the man that helped me solved this dilemma. But not only did he produce everything AND ship it out himself right on time, he also scheduled a 30 minute zoom call with me to consult on a better and more cost effective way to produce the pieces I needed. Fast forward a week and the client is perfectly happy and so am I. Absolute best customer service experience I've had with a company in many years, kudos to Grant and to your ultimate success ud83dudc4d
