I first knew about 3D Customer Prints on Etsy, Roman was very thoughtful with my first purchase with them, Roman followed up and double checked the dimensions I noted in my order, he corrected my order to make sure the Float & Slow-Feeder would be the perfect and correct sizes for Mochiu2019s water bowl and food bowl, I appreciated the effort and the level of care this store provide to their customers and our pets! Second time around- I decided to upgrade the slow feeder and float for Mochi, my purchase arrived at my address safe and sound within a couple days of placing my order (with a complimentary pen ud83dudd8a !) thank you again, Roman! Used them for a custom 3d print request as someone with 0 experience. Had found some print files online but had no idea how to understand how the size/material would come out. Customer service was extremely helpful in helping me rescale it, and find the right material. Payment was easy/fair, and the whole process including shipping was lightning fast. Would use for any custom print again!
I purchased the water splash/drip guard for my dogu2019s water bowl. It works perfectly and looks nice. I had a very positive experience with this purchase.
Bought a K9 No-Splash Float from them to hopefully keep my dog from getting so much water on the floor when he drinks from his bowl. Product arrived very quickly (especially for something custom made with my dog's name on it) and seems to be serving its purpose. My dog seems to be getting less water on the floor after he drinks water than he was before.
This product has literally saved my life from drowning in the puddles of water that was constantly on the floors. Took a minute for babies to adjust to something in their bowls but now all is good. If you have heavy drinkers like I do, you definitely need to get this!
