Extremely happy with the result and it shipped out way quicker than expected. I had this DnD tankard/dice roller printed which has a very intricate design all around and it came out very clear! It also has a screw on top and a slide in base for the dice roller both of which are snug and perfectly fit. Very good experience and definitely going to be a return customer!
Great service, really quick turnaround, affordable pricing, and amazing quality! I work in an architecture firm and had to print a few models in a crunch. As soon as I got off the phone with Russell, they got the printer running and had the prints ready for shipping the next day! I put in the order on a Tuesday in California and it was delivered to our office by Friday! Fantastic quality. Great communication. Quick turnaround. We made the mistake of trying other companies for our prototype. The others returned shoddy work and/or wouldn't even try to problem solve our uncomplicated print.
Communication was TERRIBLE. Many, many unreturned calls and voicemails. However, they did finish and the final product looks great. Unlikely to use again unless we have a long lead time available.
Outcome of the 3d model I submitted came out great! Very clean process all around; I'll have to place my orders for large prints here from now on! Thank you!
