It bad, it feels like i was scammed, i asked them for a piece of a figure i lost, so they could remake another one for me, but i told them i don't have the design for it, it's actually a piece of a hand and a short sword. i'm fine with that because they do the design but they said the minimum cost is $1000. when i heard about this amount i felt like i was scammed, i thought designing such a small detail can be that expensive, i'd rather buy the model than spend money to make that design. i know i'm not a 3d printer expert. for $1000 i can buy 2-3 similar figures. if you think why i gave it a star then gemini introduced their company to me, but i don't think they charge that much for 3d file design. if you are like me then give up on their store. the price of the figure i bought
