I have worked with this company on two different projects and look forward to hiring them again. I am a professor and run my own research lab. The projects I used them for involved 3D printing robot figurines for some research studies we are running. First off, they are very patient. I work at a university and hiring them means paperwork and doing things in a very specific way. They went above and beyond, accommodating these requests to make the administration folks happy at the university. Additionally, I was traveling and asked them to delay shipping the first project. They did so, without complaint. Waiting to ship it when I was back in town and would be around to receive the package and ensure everything arrived in good condition. For my second project. It was delivered to the university and the dept manager had it but I was out of town and unable to open it. I was worried as the figurines can break and I was concerned I wouldnu2019t be there to open everything right away. I emailed them to explain the situation and again, they were very understanding telling me it was not a problem and they would look for me to update them when I returned from my travels.nnI also asked for magnetic plates so the figurines would stand upright. They were able to do this. They sent updates throughout the process, making sure I was happy with the design before proceeding into production. As a researcher our budget is limited. They worked with me, offering to do our second project in-between other jobs for a discounted rate.nnFinally, the quality of the figurines I ordered are superb. They look great and seem quite durable. They arrived well packaged and I have no complaints or concerns. Iu2019m not sure when our lab will need new figurines or additional stimuli, but when we do I will be sure to return to work with these folks! I worked with this print shop on a specialized piece of door hardware for an architectural client. The service is fantastic and 100% worth the money. They handled our client's constantly changing finish specs no problem. When you email them, the orders team responds within hours. When you call them, they pick up. When you send them a file, it ships within days if not hours. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
